Abstract
Optimal scheme of allergic examination for postcoital allergy includes collection of allergic history, direct and indirect test of mast cell destruction as well as skin tests with suspected allergen to prove ci rculation of allergen-specific IgE-antibodies in vitro and in vivo, re spectively.
