Abstract
A case of acute rheumatic fever and glomerulonephritis following strep tococcal throat infection is presented. The coincidence of rheumatic f ever and poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis is uncommon, but well re cognised. This case is of additional interest since the nephritis was crescentic.
