Abstract
C-13 n.m.r. relaxation studies can provide information about the exact location of an entanglement at the molecular level. The number of ent anglements in the main chain is obviously larger than in the side chai n. It is independent of the content of the 1,2-segment in polybutadien e, and of the kind of solvent.
