Abstract
Fused silica columns (320 mu m i.d.) were packed with 10 mu m, 15-25 m u m, and 25-40 mu m microcrystalline cellulose triacetate (CTA) and th e influence of the particle diameter on column efficiency was investig ated. The dependence of retention, selectivity, resolution, and analys is time on column temperature was studied for the separation of severa l racemates on microcolumns packed with 15-25 mu m CTA.
