Abstract
The UV-derivative spectrophotometric method, the zero-crossing techniq ue, was used for simultaneous determination of binary mixtures of proc aine hydrochloride with: benzoic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride and 4- aminobenzoic acid. The results obtained for 4-aminobenzoic acid, produ ced by thermal degradation of procaine hydrochloride from Gerovital H- 3(R) - ampoules, were compared with those obtained by UV-densitometric measurement after thin layer chromatographic separation.
