Abstract
The hydrogel nanoparticle that was formed by self-assembly of choleste rol-bearing pullulan complexed with 5 - 10 insulin monomers in water. Biocolloidal and thermal stability of insulin drastically increased up on the supramolecular assembly with the hydrophobized polysaccharide.
