CLEAR-CELL CARCINOMA OF THE LARGE-INTESTINE, AN EXTREMELY RARE PRIMARY HISTOLOGICAL VARIANT

The clear-cell carcinoma of the large intestine as a primary tumor is extremely rare. It was first recognized in the large intestine by Hell strom and Fisher in 1963 and three more cases have been reported spora dically up to now. ln this report, a primary clear-cell carcinoma of t he large intestine is presented and the histological and clinical feat ures of this entity are discussed along with reported cases.
