Abstract
Straightening of tortuous coronary arteries during coronary angioplast y may produce transient angiographic defects that have a typical invag inated appearance, We report a case in which coronary straightening pr oduced an unusual defect mimicking severe damage to the artery, Recogn ition and conservative management were essential to avoid complication s.
