Abstract
This paper reports the effect of fluorescence bleach of analytical sam ple on Hadamard transform image and quantitative data, which was inves tigated by using a computer simulation method. The instrument of Hadam ard transform microscope image analysis was applied to quantitatively analyze the DNA content in plant another dust cell. the result is foun d satisfactory.
