Abstract
Because women continue to be exploited and victimized in fraternity se ttings, understanding the culture of fraternity life is imperative. Th is study examines the culture of a fraternity situated at a large rese arch university. Relying on critical views of culture and power, this article highlights how a fraternity continues to reproduce a culture o f oppression despite elimination of the traditional pledge process.
