Ef. Hairetdinov et al., ESTIMATION OF CONDUCTIVITY PARAMETERS IN SR1-XTHXF2-SOLUTION WITH FLUORITE-TYPE STRUCTURE(2X SOLID), Solid state ionics, 90(1-4), 1996, pp. 177-181
Concentration of nn-dipoles, nnn-dipoles and charge carriers as well a
s parameters related to their reorientation and mobility have been est
imated from an analysis of a.c. conductivity data of polycrystalline s
amples of the Sr1-xThxF2+2x solid solution. The molar fraction of char
ge carriers has been evaluated as a function of composition. Results o
btained confirm, in agreement with the clustering process model, that
the (F-i)(m) ions responsible for long range motions in Sr1-xThxF2+2x
are interstitial fluoride ions of F triple prime type.
