Abstract
A patient with a history of essential thrombocytosis presented with di ffuse skeletal pain and restricted motion of the left shoulder. Magnet ic resonance imaging (MRI) of the left glenohumeral joint showed a sof t tissue mass that displaced the rotator cuff, Biopsy of the mass reve aled chloroma. MRI is the method that best characterizes this lesion.
