Abstract
Separation of five model benzodiazepines on two types of sorbent has b een optimized and the use of ion-pairing reagents studied, Several tec hniques were tested for spot detection; the best were employed for qua ntitative densitometric evaluation of TLC chromatograms. Selected proc edures were verified for the TLC analysis of benzodiazepines from biol ogical material.
