M. Apman et B. Roller, THE NEQUIPOS COLLUSION WITH THE PATIENTS FAMILY-OF-ORIGIN IN ANALYTICGROUP-PSYCHOTHERAPY, International journal of group psychotherapy, 45(1), 1995, pp. 101-110
When the analytic group is led by individuals paired for educational r
easons, that is, by a supervisor and his or her student, the difficult
y in conducting the group becomes magnified. Such teams are called neq
uipos and it is hypothesized that they will not function optimally unt
il the latter phases of their development. The authors describe the mi
stakes they made as early nequipos in their treatment of one patient i
n group psychotherapy.
