Abstract
Basing on ECG findings, the authors compare homodynamic effects of a s ingle dose of isadrin, obsidan and spesicor in patients with coronary heart disease complicated by bundle-branch block. Isadrin improves lef t ventricular contractility, reduces pulmonary hypertension and right heart overload. Obsidan and spesicor aggravate the existing hemodynami c disorders in the above patients.
