Abstract
A detailed analysis of the method of Prakash and coworkers for the cal culation of ionic thermocurrent (ITC) peak parameters is presented. It is shown that this method leads to a shift of the ITC peak position a nd a change in the magnitude of the ITC peak height. Accordingly the e xpression for ITC as a function of temperature requires a modification .
