Abstract
Cluster formation is simulated numerically with discrete velocity Bolt zmann model in two space dimensions. The model exhibits cluster coagul ation, fragmentation and transport. It evolves two different scales ob tained from an elastic and inelastic collision Knudsen numbers epsilon and mu respectively. For flow impinging on a wall with specularly ref lective boundary condition these scales appear both analytically and n umerically.
