Abstract
We present a unique case of bilateral fungal epididymo-orchitis with a bscess formation due to Torulopsis glabrata in a nonimmunosuppressed p atient with a neurogenic bladder. This case highlights the risk factor s for fungal infections of the urinary tract and the difficulty with t heir management. UROLOGY(R).
