Abstract
The techniques for surgical revascularizations in aortoiliac arteriopa thy have evolved remarkably in recent years. The authors have examined their personal experience of 47 selected endarterectomies performed b etween 1973 and 1992. The favorable results of this type of revascular ization are highlighted, together with the significant amount of mediu m- and long-term redo procedures and the ever-narrowing field of appli cation of such a technique.
