Abstract
A synthesis of ,2S,3S,4R-bicyclo2.2.1-heptan-2-yl-5Z-heptenoic acid 1, an Omega-chain saturated analogue of Thromboxane A(2) is described . The relative and the absolute configurations of the intermediates an d the target compound were determined by 2D FT NMR methods.
