Abstract
A resistive transition of CuO sandwiched with Y1Ba2Cu3O7-delta films h as been studied. It shows a zero resistive transition around the criti cal temperature of Y1Ba2Cu3O7-delta The metal-insulator (or high resis tivity) transition has been observed for thicker samples depending on the measuring current.
