Abstract
Diamond films made with CH4 and H-2 by hot-filament assisted CVD were studied in situ by Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) using depo sits of Ag on the diamond films. Raman spectra characteristic of micro crystalline materials with a structure at I 242 cm(-1) assigned to pho nons at the Brillouin zone boundary were observed.
