Child's primary diffuse Burkitt's lymphoma of the liver: report on a c ase diagnosed by liver cyto-puncture. - Primary diffuse Burkitt's lymp homa of the liver is a malignant disease rare in children. Less than a hundred cases have been reported in the literature. The authors repor t a clinical observation of primary diffuse Burkitt's lymphoma of the liver in an 8 years old child, diagnosed through liver cyto-puncture ( needle aspiration) and hospitalized in the surgical unit of the Yaound e General Hospital. They present a review of literature and discuss th erapeutic indications.
