Abstract
Four cases of oesophageal small cell carcinoma are described. Radiolog ical features at presentation included oesophageal strictures in assoc iation with bulky intrathoracic and intraabdominal lymphadenopathy. Th e subject is reviewed and the radiologically relevant features are emp hasized.
