Abstract
Starting from the shell model configuration and effective nucleon-nucl eon interaction, a microscopic approach is applied to study the high-s pin states of the isotopes Ba-126, Ba-128 and Ba-130. The low-lying st ates and the band built upon aligned h(11/2) proton pair configuration s are considered, Energy levels and backbendings are well reproduced, For the yrast band, the dependence of the strength of interband intera ction on coupling operator is discussed.
