Abstract
This paper discusses the possibility of using the new Mul'tiskan posit ion-sensitive photodetector (a functional analog of a row of CCDs) in optoelectronic devices to monitor the geometrical parameters of machin e-construction components. The photodetector possesses high coordinate -voltage conversion stability and can be used to create simple and rel iable measurement facilities for shops and laboratories.
