Abstract
Automatic stellar photographic BVR photometry reaching Im below the ho rizontal branch of NGC 6584, located at V approximate to 16.(m)5, has been performed for this poorly studied globular cluster. One of the ph otoelectric standard stars used in our reductions appears to be variab le. We also determined accurate coordinates of 52 variable stars in th e cluster and around it.
