Abstract
7 acute renal failure (ARF) and experiments provided information on AR F induced by radio-opaque substances and indomethacin. The lending mec hanism underlying renal failure is supposed to be tile spasm of renal afferent arterioles secondary to hypercalciemia, prostaglandin synthes is blockade, activation of renin-angiotensin system and high activity of adenosine.
