Abstract
Liquid chromatography (LC), simultaneously coupled with both nuclear m agnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectrometry (MS) 'on-line' is a powe rful structural tool and has a potentially vast range of uses within t he pharmaceutical industry. Data from a mixture of fluconazole and rel ated triazoles have been obtained from an LC/NMR-MS system developed ' in-house', demonstrating the power of this novel analytical approach.
