Abstract
There has been one case reported in the literature (Medline search Dec ember 1994) of a serotonin selective re-uptake inhibitor (SSRI) fluoxe tine, being associated with the development of classic migrainous symp toms (Larson, 1993). We now report a case of severe exacerbation of mi graine with another SSRI, paroxetine.
