The morphology or. two forms of copper acetate, Cu-2(CH3COOH)(4) . 2H(
2)O (CuOAcH2O) grown from an acetic acid-ethanol solution and Cu-2(CH3
COOH)(4)pz (CuOAcpz) grown from aqueous solution, has been determined.
The principal faces of CuOAcH2O are (10 $$($) over bar 1), (01 $$($)
over bar 1), (2 ($) over bar 1 ($) over bar 1), (110), and (1 ($) over
bar 1 ($) over bar 2); those for CuOAcpz are (010), (($) over bar 111
), (11 ($) over bar 1), and (($) over bar 11 ($) over bar 1).
