Abstract
Oculomotor paresis with cyclic lid spasms is a rare syndrome. There ar e many different opinions about its pathomechanism among ophthalomolgi sts. The authors (V.M., N.K.G., P.S., and P.P.) report on a case of oc ulomotor paresis with cyclic lid spasms and discuss the probable patho mechanism.
