Abstract
In this report, a case of colonic perforation caused by Taenia saginat a is presented. Preoperative ultrasonographic examination showed a 'ps eudokidney sign' suggestive of colonic carcinoma. Clinical and ultraso nographic appearance of this rare case and the possible perforation me chanism are discussed.
