Abstract
A 23-year-old man with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, chronic aortitis, and severe aneurysmal dilatation of the thoracic aorta successfully under went two-stage graft replacement of the ascending and descending thora cic aorta. Nine years postoperatively, he is asymptomatic and employed full time.
