Abstract
KAIM, R.M.L., ET AL.: Transient Right Bundle Branch Block Causing R Wa ve Attenuation Postdefibrillation, Transient and significant decrease in R wave amplitude, associated with transient right bundle branch blo ck, was noted to occur after defibrillation in a defibrillator patient . The mechanism is probably stunning of the right bundle branch, causi ng right intraventricular conduction delay and decrease in signal ampl itude reaching the endocardial sensing dipoles.
