Abstract
VOCI, P., ET AL.: Iatrogenic Pneumohemomediastinum Mimicking Cardiac T amponade: A Complication of Catheter Ablation Procedure. We describe a patient who developed cardiac tamponade during electrophysiological m apping aimed at ablating an atrioventricular accessary pathway. Transe sophageal echocardiography showed compression of the left pulmonary ve ins due to pneumohemomediastinum secondary to left subclavian vein can nulation.
