MAIN RULES FOR DOGS LEARNING

During last few years, dog's training underwent some developments, fol lowing the progress of knowledge on canine ethology and the strengthen ing of ties between the man and his animal. First, this paper recals t he principles of training. Then, it attempts to show the variety of to ols (rewards and punishments) which are useful for shaping dog's actio ns. At last, it details the rules that must be respected in training's organization in order to make sure of animal's rapid progress.
