Three spring wheat germplasm lines were developed with higher levels o
f resistance to common root rot than is currently available in CWRS an
d CPS wheats. Grain yield, plant height, flour yield, flour protein, s
edimentation volume, and other quality traits of the lines were simila
r to those of Biggar.
