Abstract
A 36-year-old man, who was an intravenous drug abuser, developed thora cic herpes tester, paronychia, oral candidosis, necrotizing gingivitis and bilateral parotid salivary gland swelling, Granulomatous oral les ions and ulceration on the nose were shown to be due to disseminated h istoplasmosis.
