Abstract
Reaction of aldehydes with acetylenic triflones affords acetylenic ket ones and alkylated acetylenes via the intermediacy of acyl radicals, t he product ratio being highly dependent upon aldehyde structure and re action conditions. (C) 1997, Elsevier Science Ltd.
