FAILURE TO DETECT DOPAMINERGIC NEUROBLASTOMA IN A MASS-SCREENING SYSTEM

Dopaminergic neuroblastoma comprised 12% of the patients under 1 year of age, and 83% of the older ones. Seven cases were missed by the mass -screening system performed at age a months and were detected after 16 months, Three of these advanced cases were positive only for dopamine .
