Abstract
Although intracranial metastases from malignant pleural mesothelioma a re rare, their presence should be suspected in cases of high-grade mes othelioma and should possibly be included in routine preoperative eval uation. An unusual case of cerebral metastases from pleural mesothelio ma is presented and the literature is reviewed.
