Abstract
An amperometric glucose sensor (beta-D-glucose) incorporating the bioc atalytic properties of an enzyme, glucose oxidase (GOD), and the membr ane properties of a hydrophobic Nafion(R) gel was constructed. The kin etic features of the current provided by the sensor were investigated by rotating electrode steady state experiments.
