Abstract
We have developed and numerically evaluated an iterative algorithm for interferogram processing, which includes the Fourier-transform method , the Gerchberg-Papoulis algorithm and Wiener's filter-based regulariz ation used in combination. Using a signal-to-noise ratio of not less t han 1, it has been possible to reconstruct the phase of an object fiel d with an accuracy better than 5%.
