Abstract
The addition of a chemical reaction with a reaction activation energy E(AB) (modeling the chemically equilibrium in chemical active amorphou s structures) to the neighbor-facilitated Fredrickson-Anderson model s hows the existence of a beta relaxation occurring simultaneously with the main alpha process. In the ln tau versus T-1 plot, a typical curva ture is found for the alpha process which shows a crossover to an Arrh enius behavior for low T and finite E(AB), which depends on the type o f chemical reaction.
