Abstract
The effects of an applied transverse magnetic field on magnetic proper ties in a ferrimagnetic bilayer system with disordered interfaces cons isting of spin-1/2 and spin-3/2 atoms are investigated with the use of mean-field theory. We find some characteristic behaviors of the magne tic properties, such as the possibility of two compensation points str engthened by applying an appropriate transverse magnetic field.
