We calculate the mixed-state longitudinal and Hall resistivity of supe
rconductors based on the perturbation approach of Schmid and Larkin wi
th a frictional force of the form proposed by Vinen and Warren under t
he influence of randomly distributed weak point pinning centers. The l
ongitudinal resistivity has the Bardeen-Stephen behavior in the flux-f
low region. In the weak collective pinning case, for either sample thi
ckness much smaller or much greater than the penetration depth, scalin
g rho(xy)(p)roportional to<rho(xx)(2) holds, but no sign reversal in r
ho(xy) is predicted. The Hall conductivity is independent of pinning t
o the first nonvanishing order of the perturbation calculation.
