Abstract
In this study, the proliferative activity of malignant melanoma metast ases was assessed before and after isolated limb perfusion chemotherap y by quantitating AgNORs, mitoses and PCNA activity. No significant di fference in either AgNOR count, mitotic activity or PCNA index was obs erved. We conclude that AgNOR count, mitotic activity and PCNA index w ere not significantly effected by isolated limb perfusion chemotherapy .
