Abstract
Ester exchange reaction of oxyphosphorane (1) with thymidine (2) affor ded diastereomeric spirooxyphosphoranes 3 under mild conditions in goo d yield After hydrolysis, thymidine phosphates monomers (5,6) and dime r (7) were obtained.
