Abstract
Occurence of crescentic formation superimposed to idiopathic membranou s glomerulopathy worsens severely its prognosis with evolution to end stage renal disease. We report the case of a 65 years old man with nep hrotic idiopathic membranous glomerulopathy who subsequentely develope d an acute renal failure secondary to crescentic formation. Pulse of h ight dose methylprednisolone administration improved renal function. S even similar observations are analysed and pathogenic mechanisms discu ssed.
